The cooperation agreement in the field of photovoltaic between Royal Dutch DSM Group and China National PV Quality Inspection Center (CPVT) has been signed on November 5th.

Mr. Wu Jianguo, the director of the National Solar Quality Inspection Center and Oscar Goddijn, the vice president of advanced surface DSM on behalf of the two sides signed the agreement. Mr. Wu Jianguo said: "The improvement of the quality of the photovoltaic industry is a continuous process that requires the efforts of all participants in the industry and we are pleased to DSM as a global supplier of materials involved in this process, promote the industry progress.”

Oscar Goddijn advanced surface global vice president of DSM, said this: "Chinese PV companies play an increasingly important role in the entire industry, and Chinese PV market is also attracting global attention. Cooperation with the National Solar Quality Inspection Center, indicates the DSM in the field of renewable energy, particular in continuing invest in the photovoltaic field, DSM will also further promote the rapid development of photovoltaic industry in China

The two sides plan to play their respective advantages in the future, including standard test, non-standard testing, technical exchange meeting, the daily quality supervision, the certification of market admittance , standardization cooperation, technical R&D project, photovoltaic experts think tanks, etc., to promote the photovoltaic industry to enhance product quality, and promote PV industry healthy and orderly development.
